🚚 Free Shipping Policy

• We offer Free Shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000 all over Pakistan.

• For orders below Rs. 5,000, standard delivery charges will apply based on your location.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. 🗓️ Return Window

   • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

   • The return request must be made within this time frame.

2. 📦 Product Condition

   • Only unused, unwashed, and unworn items will be accepted.

   • The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

3. ❌ Non-Returnable Items

   • Items showing signs of use, wear, stains, or without proper packaging will not be accepted.

4. 🔄 Exchange Option

   • In case of size issues or wrong item received, we offer a one-time free exchange (customer pays only for return shipping if under Rs. 5,000).
